Been meaning to do another one of these for a while now, but I always seemed to get caught up in something else. May was a busy month for me, but we'll come back to that later at the end of this whole post. Let's get started with this month's artists feature!

@iocus69 has such a nice flow to their shapes and forms, and I always love how eye catching their color palettes are. It sounds like they have a longer animation project on the way too? I'm really looking forward to it.

@FloofyBibi is brand new to the site, but has already been posting some really cute chibi sorts of pieces. (Also, welcome to the site! I hope you enjoy it here!)

@gottagitgud is also pretty new to the site, but already great in my book; some incredible attention to detail in all of their pieces, and their environments are just as carefully and impeccably rendered as the characters themselves.

@sugarbunny98 nails that whole 90s Cartoon Network look in their work, both in the thick outlines and the strong shape language in the designs themselves. I'm also a big sucker for those grainy textures; adds a lot of depth.

@Kadalsaurus has a really unique, dreamy sort of style, where they'll use these textures brushes to create this sort of surreal haze throughout the whole piece. Curious to what that process might look like.

@animalsacrifice is someone I meant to highlight earlier this year, and in that time it seems they've changed their username and I got really confused for a second, haha. In any case, I love the whole punk rock/Tank Girl sort of aesthetic they've got going on.

And I think that's about all I've got for this time around! Gonna try to be more consistent and get this back up to a monthly thing!

In other news, I'm gonna go to this year's Too Many Games in Philadelphia at the end of this month! I've never been to Philly before, so in addition to hopefully meeting some of you all, I'm probably gonna do some exploring while I'm there! Also, sidenote, if anyone else is going, and wants to trade some art prints/stickers with me during the meetup, I'm very down to do so! I'm gonna bring a bunch of different prints and a set of my mime stickers, so I'm really hoping to get some swapping going over there. Feel free to hit me up if you're interested! :)
